junk product

Review by madhavadas, 2010-02-12

This toy was junk. My 9 year old son was soo dissapointed. It is made out of real cheap, easily breakable plastic. It is supper small. He got it out of the box and pieces started breaking right away. I wouldn't have bought it even for $2 if I had been able to see it first.

Quality Poor but Fun Toy

Review by everlastingstarflower, 2009-01-14

I bought this toy for my 5-year-old son as a Christmas gift. As soon as we took the toy out of the box, one of the planes was missing some wheels. You couldn't see that the wheels were missing until the box was opened because of the packaging. One week after Christmas, several other space ships/planes have lost their wheels. My son has not been rough with the toys. I purchased two other space sets for him and their durability and quality has been fine. I would consider purchasing the toy again since my son is having such a good time playing with it and since he is able to learn more about space flight as a result of playing with them, however, I think that the construction of the toy in regard to the wheels is poor and needs to be improved.

Not worth the money

Review by Robin Stebbins, 2009-01-09

The picture is very misleading. It makes the space shuttles, etc. seem large when in fact they're all tiny. This is a toy my son circled and wanted Santa to bring and was so excited to get it. As soon as he unwrapped the gift, even he said it was very small. Most items are Matchbox size and made of cheap plastic.

American Space Flight

Review by Sally J. Olson, 2008-12-13

My grandson, who is crazy about anything in space, loved the spaceships. They are models of actual American space vehicles, but not very well made. Small parts broke quidkly.

Nice Space Set

Review by onlineshopper, 2008-10-09

This set is very well loved by my son. The set has very nice variety for the space loving kid. The durability is average to good. The only downside I saw to this set is that they are a little smaller than I thought they would be(the largest rocket is about 5", my fault, I should have read the dimensions!) and the price may be a little steep considering the size. I would still buy them though because he loved them and it is still worth the price to get so many different space toys in one box.
