Headquartered in the Lone Star State, Firefly’s hardworking team reflects Texas’ GO BIG culture in everything we do. We build big, achieve big, and dream big. We’re building launch vehicles and spacecraft to provide more reliable and affordable space access. We’ve achieved some incredible wins with NASA, the U.S. Space Force, and key commercial customers, opening the door to some of the most exciting launches in the industry. And we’re dreaming bigger than this planet – Firefly has two upcoming missions to the Moon with even bigger ambitions to Mars, Venus, and beyond.

The next Blue Ghost payload, Electrodynamic Dust Shield (EDS), has been successfully integrated! EDS will test how electric fields can protect spacecraft from hazardous dust particles that cover the Moon`s surface.

Congrats to the team on a successful critical design review for Blue Ghost Mission 2! In true Firefly fashion, the milestone was rapidly completed just a year after the NASA CLPS award. More to come as we begin to build the Elytra Dark + Blue Ghost duo to support this mission to lunar orbit and the far side of the Moon.
